Incompetent and poor service

I have been struggling to get my address and surname changed since the 12th December 2013. I went into the Parow Centre Mr Price Home and was given a form to complete. I completed the form handed it to the staff member and asked if they do not require my proof of address, new ID or marriage certificate and he said no. They will forward the form to Head office and they will change it. Its been nearly two months. Monday the 20th January, I contacted the call centre, spoke to a Claudine who informed me to email my new ID and marriage certificate to [Email Removed] and it will be changed from there. A week later still nothing. This is freaking incompetent to say the least, poor service and no feedback!!! If this is the service Mr Price Group provides, ill be closing my account. Thanks
