I bought a pair of men's formal shoes (Bradford - edgars only sell this brand) late November and noticed that the sides are opening up. Also the leather is peeling.
I took to the shoe to the Pav, were I bought it from and they told me they cannot do anything with out the slip.
Sadly I did not keep the slip as I thought I would not have a problem.
I understand there is a process to check customers exchanging goods, but this is a clear case of manufacture default and is not legal to sell quality of this kind.
So this process means edgars can sell any item that only last a short time and if u have no slip than F U.
