I had reported numerous complaints on a incident my mom experienced at Jet stores Greenstone. I was moved from pillar to post. This year early, I was called by a lady Mahesawari, who was given the complaint to deal with. And she did. She informed me what has happened since the first complaint, and how they would like to resolve the issue. I want to thank Edcon for having at least one person in the Customer services division who knows how to keep the companies name clear. Well done
