Bad Customer Service

On Saturday 25th February I went to Foschini to purchase a cell phone the Teller/Assistant Nontobeko was very helpful I then enquired about insurance for the phone and she said it was ok to take one out but I wanted to know will the phone be insured in case of after I used a Cell C card instead of the Vodacom one she issued. Unfortunately she was not sure if this was possible and asked one of her colleagues to go call the Cell phone Consultant Reneilwa we were waiting but no one showed up. Later she send another colleague to go call Reneilwa yet no one came, the poor teller was apologising to keep us calm as it was home time and Reneilwa was getting ready to leave. Eventually I had to go to the back and get her myself when I asked her why she's not coming out to assist us she told me it's time for her to go home I immediately asked for the Manager who was in the same room as Reneilwa in her defence the Manger Sindy Chustian stated that Reneilwa was counting money. I told Cindy why couldn't she as the Manger find out what the customer wanted. They both came to the front tills and now we got assistance for one small question we had to wait in Foschini more than 45min.
