Unethical dealings

Within 4 months of purchasing a Lanovo i5 laptop with specifications for interior design it crashed due to bad sectors on the hard drive. It was taken back to CNA. Because my son was in the middle of moderation, and had to re-do his whole year's work, the in house technician told him to come back when he was done. This we did. The only time we got any kind of attention was when we called or go to the store personally. After many weeks, I had to take a day from work, to speak to the suppliers personally, who concurred that the laptop must be replaced. Herman Strauss however told us that this will NOT happen. His words after asking to speak to his boss: "I am the man, you take your money back or deal with Edcon attorneys. Mark Colderwood his boss, same scenario. Not only did my son loose out a year of his life, I have to pay another years fees. This company subconsciously tell me to go to & theres nothing I can do about it. How about honouring our deal? I got told that they will not buy another laptop with same specs due to higexchange rate. Is that my problem? I went as far as looking for laptop with same specs all over CTown just to get service delivery. Im totally DISGUS
