I purchased 3 pairs of shoes in October at a Truworths branch. One of the pairs was damaged. I phoned the call centre in Cape Town, after listening to the music for 10 min I hung up. I wrote a mail on 8 Nov regarding my complaint. I received an automatic response mail back stating that they will get back to me within 24 hour of the mail received, should they not I must phone the call centre. I mailed on the 11, 12 and 13 Nov for feedback. On the 13th Nov I phone the call centre again and same old same old nobody answered the phone. Why should I purchase a bit more expensive shoes if I cannot wear them???
