I am completely appalled and shocked at the bad attitude and service I have received from you and Dry Clean City.
The manager Charlene is unwilling to listen to anything anyone other than she has to say.
The damaged goods in question are curtains which cost R3500.00 to have made.
They are a double layer curtains consisting of thick black out material on the back and a frilly mesh on the front.
On the 25th January 2014 we dropped these off at the Ferndale branch to have them cleaned.
Upon collecting them on the 30th January 2014 we noticed that on the one curtain is a burn mark in the shape of an irons' tip (on the black out material) and on the other curtain the frill overlay has two black burn marks in it.
Both curtains have been burnt.
Charlene has been completely unwilling to admit her company is at fault even though prior to dropping the curtains off they were in perfect condition.
During a telephone conversation I was screamed at and treated with disrespect and disregard.
