I paid my Edgars account via EFT a week ago, they have accepted the money and now are billing me intrest daily on the unpaid amount.
Reported me as a slow payer to the ITC because of their incompetence, then when i phone i get told they will phone me back, what do they do call me back with an automated message saying please phone edgars.
Honestly i have never encountered gross incompetence on this level before in my life.
