8 years ago I bought a lot of stuff from furniture city boksburg and after that we went back again and again because the service was excellent, your staff very friendly and deals got approved within 24 hours. On Saturday I went back because I want to replace the home entertainment centre I bought from you a few years ago. I was very disappointed in the unfriendly service but what the heck, I want the system and Game doesn't have it. It is now end of business Wednesday and still no answer. I was informed yesterday that they need more paperwork which I dropped off this morning and still no answer. It seems that your lack in service has a lot to do with your new credit provider: african bank. They now have more paperwork than Nedbank had when I bought my house or Absa when I applied for my credit card. Your service is absolutely pathetic and african bank is mostly to blame. I would advise you to break away from this pathetic excuse of a credit provider because they are going to cost you a lot of business. While you are in the process of getting rid of useless people like african bank get rid off staff members who don't do their work. Sitting around waiting for mail just doesn't cut i
