I spent over 40 minutes carefully selecting and fitting merchandise only to get to the till and be told that they only accept cash transactions. The reason for this is that their system was unable to connect to the card machine even though the card machine itself appeared to be online. There was no notification to this effect even though in this day and age almost no one walks around with cash anymore. When we complained the cashier simply shrugged her shoulders and said there's nothing she can do. I am disgusted that I had to waste my time simply due to a lack of communication as to the system failure when customers enter the shop.
