Beacon Sweet competition winners - no response

Filled out the competition winning form and that's the last I heard from Beacon Sweets.
My Daughter and Husband both entered the same competition received SMS that they will be contacted shortly, over 2 months ago and then received SMS saying they are experiencing backlog and have never heard from them again. Very shocking for a company like Beacon
