I would like to complain about not being able to make an online payment with my ebucks and rands. This was working last year and then it stopped. I have already sent them an email last year telling them this it is broken. They said that there technicians are working on the problem. It is well over two months now and the problem is still not fixed. Being a programmer myself I know it would not take this long. When will the problem be resolved? I use [URL Removed] for the convenience of it but I might as well go stand in a queue at a shopping center as that is just as bad as [URL Removed] now.
