4months and still waiting for good to be replaced

On the 3rd of Febuary they broke into my house, the 4th a claim was put in by Outsurance. The following week they told me the claim on my Samsung 3D TV and home theatre system was to be covered by Beares as I had a separate insurance with them and Outsurance paid out and replaced all my the other things in that week the 18th of Feb my clame through beares was approved, and now I am stilll waiting for them to replace the goods everytime I phone them yhey have excuses and are sometimes very rude, its now almost 4months and I have even contacted their head office and nothing has happened, is there anyone who can please help me to sort this out I'm so tired of there excuses and stories! I have even phoned Samsung direct and they do have the stock where the eople at beares keep saying there are 59 that needs to still go out please help me
