ACCOUNT CLOSURE

I HAVE BEING TRYING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AFTER SETTLING IT AT EDGARDS BROOKYN MALL AND WAS TOLD I HAD AIRTIME CONTACT ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT. BROOKLYN MALL COULD NOT HELP ME BEACUSE IT WAS AFTER 5 (ACCORDING TO THE STAFF CALL CENTRE CLOSE AT 5). I ALSO TRIED AT JET WONDERBOOM JUCTION WITHOUT SUCESS. I WAS GIVEN A NUMBRE TO CALL BY JET WONDERBOOM JUCTION. WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AGENT CONFIRMED THAT I HAVE A CELL C CONTRACT ON MY ACCOUNT. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT AND WAS TOLD THEY WILL INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME UNTIL TODAY. I HAVE RECEIVED AN SMS SAYING I NEED TO PAY MY ACCOUNT IN ORDER FOR ME TO GOOD CREDIT RECORD. WHICH ACCOUNT IF I MAY ASK? AS FAR AS I KNOW I OWE THEM NOTHING, AS MATTER OF FACT THEY OWE ME WHATEVER AMOUNT THEY HAVE BEING DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITH FOR THE AIRTIME. I CALLED AGAING YESTERDAY AND AGAING I WAS TOLD THE SUPERVISER WILL INVESTIGATE AND CALL ME BY END OF DAY YESTERDAY AND YES AM STILL WAITING.
