Dis-Chem overcharging Customers

My wife attempted to purchase goods from Dis-Chem Carnival Mall on Saturday and had a price query. The supervisor aggressively told her in front of other customers that "my manager said that we will do this (ensure the correct price be charged/scanned) this time for you"? Needles to say, my wife gave back her full purchase (valued R1500) and left the store.

We proceed to the East Rand Mall branch of Dis-Chem om Sunday 3rd February and again load our trolley and bought goods to the value of R1074.50. Upon payment we notice again that some items scanned a higher price than what is offered on the pi LABEL. We reported this and we were felt bad as we requested a refund and as if it was our fault that the items were incorrectly priced.

To show that we are only reporting the issue an d not wanting the R9 variance paid back, I gave the refund to your door security person notwithstanding the fact that Dis-Chem wasted my Sunday time in waiting for them to sort out my problem? their problem... and making me feel bad about this! The manager on duties name is Bradley.

This is totally unacceptable as I wonder how many other customers were overcharge and in fact I see his of blatant.
