I baught a Hp laptop from HI-fi corporation, which suddnely started beard sound when i am using it so as it is under warrenty i took the laptop for service on 04/12/2013, they booked it in for service asked me to wait for 15 working days which is their turn around time, i waited for almost one month no response from them one day i went there to find out the status they told as it is a holiday season it is taking time after few days on 07/01/2014 i got an sms that repair was done and product is ready for delivery when i went to collect i observe that repair was not done its still sounding but the executives their argued with me and finally concluded that they need to send it to repair again, and they promised me if the product is not ready by 20th January they are going to refund the money which i paid for the laptop, as there is no response from them i went to the store on 21st January to find out the status at that time all the words are changed now they are saying they got the response from hp with a quotation saying its physical damage which is beard, now they are saying we in touch with hp to find out WATS wrong, Not giving me proper response
