Harrasment

So July 2013 I got retrenched, since then I have been sending the necassary documentation to them stating that I have just lost my job, since then I have been making payments when I could, I owe R650 on the account and Mr Price concultants calls me three times daily, without the previous one knowing I have been called, now I understand that they want payment, and I have insurance on the account, I have been sending the relavant documents since July 2013, I want this to be stopped
