I have called furniture city to report one of my couch being damaged on 211113, i spoke to Connie who transferred me to Portia who confirm they send query manager Gerald who confirmed Nadia should respond as the query is with her and it is out of his hand. Nadia at head office was kind and always responding and requesting manager Gerald to reply to my emails to confirm when they going to come and do evaluations, i told them that i had lost my patience in december and that i will report his bad service then Lee called my husband to request i give them time as the supplier had closed for holidays, i have given them my patience but to date i haven't heard anything from them and i have now moved houses and i have a feeling they going to give me problems to sort it out and say it was damaged by the move
