I had gone into perfect 10 menlyn on thursday 16th Januray to get my nails done
I had gotten a product which would cost R350.00 (this still refelects on their system)
Dimpho the lady at the front desk had accidentally swiped R500.00 for a R350.00 transaction, i understand this is human error but when i went into the branch yesterday 20 january, Dimpho had called the owner and said that the owner has said that i can come and collect the money over-charged today 21 january before 12!!! i had not received any calls and upon my visit to the branch again today the owner had said that the accountant is still reviewing the books... i do not understand what it is so hard to get my refund back it is MY money why is there such a delay to give me back what is MINE???
