Refund owed and no reply since December 2012

My wife ordered and paid for a Q Photo Picasso photobook in October 2012. It was due to be a gift in November.

It was never produced and never arrived. Order ref0056911.

Q Photo / Picasso sent no message to state any problem with the order.

On 20 November we enquired and customer services replied. Sherize Hale replied to tell us the book had not been printed due to an error on the proof of the page. This was acceptable but she told us they had emailed to advise this problem. They had not done so.

Due to poor internet connection it was impossible to upload all the information again. We enquired for alternate ways to re-send the proofs and the responses were not satisfactory. The time to present the photobook as a gift had passed so we asked to just cancel the order. We requested a refund in full in December.

As soon as we requested a refund, Customer Services went quiet and we have had no reply in spite of our repeating the request through December. I am so disappointed in this customer. Plus they continue to keep our money from October!

This is far from acceptable - we thought Q Photo a reputable service. Very poor customer service... Simply no interest.
