I sent through a photo book on behalf of a client on 3 May 2013 (order no 812016-421187) to the value of R499. I have since received communication from Foregood that there is some or another financial problem and they have no idea when I will get my clients photobook. My client is irate to say the least and this now poses a terrible reflection on my business and future business. If the photobook is not going to be printed, I demand a refund at the very least.
