Terrible service from staff and manage

This is just one part of the complaint:

He called his manager, Kuben or kubendren, who initially did not advise that he was the manager. He tried to reverse this and advised that he cannot do so. He was upset that the cashier did this. He advised that he will try to have the kettle delivered asap. I then said, "this is not on!!! ". Please don't tell me that this is poor service as we cannot do much. I said that I had not mentioned poor service but seen as you brought it up, it is poor service when I had to wait for over an hour to walk out of the store with just a receipt to pick up something, that is needed for daily use, about 9 working days later. I told him that how can he be the manager when he can predict what I'm going to say. He became defensive and I then walked out saying I will lay a formal complaint about the store. He said, "Please do!!! ". P.S the store had less that 10 customers within the 1 hour period.

The manager's attitude reeked!!!
