I bought a nougat bar from woolies in Broadacres, only to find that there was some discolouration in the bar. I then called the customer service department, spoke to a lady by Layla, who took down complaint and also gave me a reference number. I then get a call fews days later to advise that the item will be fetched from me which was not a problem. I arranged for the bar to be fetch from my work. This compl;aint was logged on the 8/01/2014, today is the 20/01/2014, surely it does not take 10 days to have an item analysed. I know its a just nougat bar, its the principle in the matter as i did end of the day pay for the item and i should be compensated for it.
I always shop at Woolworth's and judging from the outcome of this situation, I can see that customers are not that important. I guess if my item was for a large amount it would have gotten someones attention.
