I settled my account in Full in Dec. I went to foschinis in welkom, asked them for the full amount outstanding, paid in full and then got a letter from the lawyer telling me that my account is paid in full and has now been closed and I just went onto ITC and Fashion express updated that I still owe them money putting my credit history back into the RED. The lawyers also told me that I will get amnesty if I pay in full thus resulting in my account to be cleared off ITC. But NO!!! Fashion express goes and updates that I still owe them money??? Please enlighten me to WHAT MONEY I NOW OWE YOU??? This has to be removed or I will lay a complaint with the OMBUDSMAN. This has to come off ITC!!! This is ridiculous!
