I had baught a pack of underwear from woolies in the same week a brand new underwear in the pack was torn in there, that was not used. The quality of woolies clothing is now horrifying. I had called the call centre and they left me on the line for 10 minutes with no response. Prior to this i had baught underwear that is lasting me over 2 years.
