I bought a Shelley underwear at Edgars, I wore the bottom once and the seam started coming loose.
I wen to Edgars Cresta to complain about this and the lady who works at the underwear section gave a long story of how this not true and she wears Shelley bottoms all the time and they have never given her the problem. She even insulted me that I used a washing machine to was them hence the seam coming loose.
I explained to the lady over and over again and eventually she called someone to intervene. Again the lecture started and I had to explain myself. I insisted to the second lady to a point where a manager was called to listen to my complaint. Within a minute of the manager being called I was given a new Shelley bottom in range that I was complaining about.
I bought 4 of the same and the truth is that all of the bottom seams are coming loose. I did not go back to Edgars as I do not have the energy to be given a long lecture again.
Can someone please assist me as to how to take this matter forward. I need a refund for all 4 bottoms. I cannot just throw money in the drain, the quality of the bottom is not up to standard and I do not think they should be on the shelf.
