I phoned Hirsch's beginning of July to repair my Canon camera. They confirmed that they will assist. When I went to book in Jade assisted me and said she will get services manager to contact me the Monday. On the Wednesday I had to phone after nobody contacted me back. They have to send camera to Canon. After consulting with partner I phoned back and request Jade to send camera. She said she will phone me back with job card to be emailed. Never received a call. Today I phoned back again after another week just to hear I must pay a R200 fee. This was not disclossed to me and I refuse to pay!!! All I want is a letter confirming that camera is uneconomical to repair for a claim at my insurance. Is that to much to ask?
