I purchased a Norton Internet Security online from Incredible connection 18.01.2014 and chose the option to fetch it from the East rand mall branch which I did on 19.01.2014. When I arrived at the branch I noticed a reduced Norton Internet security 3 user for the same price so I asked to have my order exchanged which they did. When I got home and opened the box it was empty except for the Norton Pamphlet and empty cd case. The box was sealed.
