Today I had decided to visit home store at the Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg because we are currently looking at buying new sofas and replacing our curtains. It is the first store that I have visited where I can honestly say that it is worst customer experience you can expect to receive. I had two guys, one of whom I assume was the manager on duty who chose to totally ignore my wife and I, as we looked at the R14000.00 set that was on display and the best part of it all is that they were standing right next to us totally involved in their own conversation. We then moved over to the curtains and again no one bothered to assist us. I then went over to Boardmans to get what we needed and while there I those to call your customer care line. The call after first being cut off was answered by a lady by the name of Alicia, who proceeded to tell me that, that particular branch is the only option I have to deal with when asked for an alternative. I then went on to explain what my concern was with the store in question, and instead of listening to what I was saying, she had chosen to make assumptions instead. At this point I gave up with Mr Price Home and your call centre
