The Claremont branch didn't have any stock of a particular DVD which I needed before XMAS, within 3 days the DVD had been sent from a branch in the N Suburbs, I received an SMS notification to let me know it was ready for me. No hassle no fuss.
Over the festive season, with all the madness, its seldom companies actually do what is expected of them.
