Redressing of customer service challenge

Subsequent to my lodging a complaint on the 11th January 2013 the store's managers contacted me and had the issue resolved. I truly appreciate the turnaround time for the redressing of my complaint as I was seriously aggrieved by a costly poor service due to some laziness of a supervisor.
