In response to a limited offer promotion I ordered and paid for a Russel Hobbs blender, a Xmas present for my wife. This was on 5/12/2013 and projected delivery date was 20/12/2013. That date came and went and then I received an email saying that there was a delay and the new delivery date would be 23 December. At about midday on the 23rd I phoned them and was assured that delivery would take place that afternoon. Of course it didn't and on 6 January an email came saying VERY sorry but they "were under the impression that one of their suppliers had stock" but that wasn't the case so they were cancelling the order! By the number of similar complaints on this site it would appear that [URL Removed] at best are a bunch of and at worst a bunch of scamsters!
