Dear Truworths. Today I visited one of shops in Musgrave. I was given the wrong sandal size. To cut on a long story. I had to drive back to get the right sandal size when I got the re the gentleman that assisted me with the wrong size accused me of swoping the other wrong size which I had confirmed an 8 with him. The manager said he will refund my girlfriends card. No apology was offered on top of that the manger Riaz Doblon said shame on me while he was behind the counter. He was very arrogant and not helpful or willing to for that matter.
