I bought a mini oven stove at shop-rite, after 4 months the buttons broke, I sent someone to exchange it, they gave him a fight and called him names before they accept it, still they gave him some cheap stove, only to find dt it looked new but few months the plates were not working, the oven handle broke not to mention that the paint was coming out when you try to wipe it, I went back to the store to show them, they said they can't accept it because I've used the stove and 4 months is a long time, they torn what I used to cover the stove they gave transparent plastic to carry it, and when I refused to use them, the store manager picked a fight about that, saying I've got attitude, while I was not certisfied with their product, I stood in the shop for almost 2 hours talking the same thing, but they won, while they second hand goods, I was so disapointed the way treat their customers and still laugh at your face or is because I'm black I really don't understand how they refuse their second hands when their brought back to them, they want what's coming in their way, while they don't care how long these things lasts, even the Chinese things are better than their product .so disapointed
