Besides chewing gum and checking out the traffic in the mall, it seems that dirty nail files and blunt pedicure implements are the order of the day to do manicures. What was supposed to be a R200 spa manicure, ended in a R220 15minute attention to detail on my nails. The rest was window dressing and any amateur could do it just as well. On reading the responses from customer care at Perfect10, the standard answer seems to be "we will look into it and revert back to you as soon as possible" Heard that one before... I will NOT advise anyone to waste their money to go to the Menlyn branch (or for that matter to any branch of Perfect 10 EVER) Their attitude totally!
