It was for an addidas and there was a sale-however when Keith was consulted he didn't believe in customer service and was arrogant as he believed the mistake was not in his control.please can your company coach staff on customer service and accountability as you guys are consuming facing.it was too hot in durban today to do that job for you.i accept that the pricing could have been an unfortunate mistake but Keith could have been considerate and apologetic for my time wasted rather than become defensive and arrogant.
