August last year I called Edcon wanting to close my edgars account and I communicated with a lady called Refiloe Raphata . she emailed me the settlement letter and I settled the account, I emailed her the proof of payment instructed her to close the account, i have emails to prove it.
Few months later I received a sms, stating that Edgar's want to increase my credit limit
When I called the customer service was transferred to different people eventually when got to the right person JOY PHOTOLO she was so rude told me I just requested the amount I owe I didn't request for the account to be closed. I told her I have emails to prove if she basically told me she does not care about the emails I need to wait for the Refiloe shes currently on leave coming back don't know when while I wait to get charged for the account i specifically instructed to be closed. This is not acceptable. I want this account to be closed! and I want nothing to do will Edgar's
