Went into pick & pay today to buy a psp for my grandson's birthday that was advertised on their website, there were 2 psp on special, the one was a psp e1000 consol for R1399 and the other one was a psp white 2GB MC Fifa 13 game for R1299. When we searched for the items we could'nt find it. I asked the lady on duty to assist me she said the black one was out of stock and the white one they never recieved. She took me through to the manager because they didnt know of the special. Where upon the manager phoned head office to hear about the special. There answer was it was not suppose to be on the web page because its old stock. To me this is false advertising. Tired of just exepting everything, if they advertise something they must ensure they put the right information on their webside, there were no indication of end date on promotional items and or availability only at selected stores on their webside. I am dispointed in such a big retailer.
