Poor Communication and Service Delivery

I had purchased furniture from the store during the december period. These are the problems I encountered :

1) Delivery dates stipulated by store was not met, there were huge delays and numerous excuses.
2) The headboard had to be returned 3 times due to damage and this process was also very tiresome.
3) Sofa is damaged and reported approx 2 weeks ago, we were told that it would be picked up in a couple of days. 2 weeks later nothing has happened.
4) no communication received from the store with regard to these problems and delays, I have to continuously phone to receive feedback.

The entire process was unprofessional and will not recommend anyone to purchase from store
