At Checkers the queues were long. I waited in the fast lane whith maximim 10 items. In front was a lady with a fully laden trolly. Three people explained to her that she is in the wrong queue. She just shrugged her shoulders. With no further ado, she was attended to at the till. I then went to complain to the assistent manager who said: "It is not the policy of Chechers to argue with their customers, so there is nothing he could do"
They have just lost a loyal customer!
