Sometime last year I changed my postal address at Wollworths, they made me wait over the counter and told that 30 days from then (which is now more than 3 months) I will be receiving my post on the new address, but until now my post is still sent to the old address. I don't understand how come wollworths does not understand the inherent risk with this behaviour (considring all types of identity happening). Can I please get someone to assist with this matter sonnest.
