You stated in your response to my last report that you would like to resolve this amicably, surely ignoring the issue will not result in this outcome. This is my third report now, I have heard nothing from anyone, ignoring us will not make any of this go away. I am shocked at the treatment my mother has receieved! Now we take the next step!
