My name is Nomcebo. I am very angry and with the treatment I just got from Perfect 10 Hillcrest. I came around 12pm and asked if they had an opening by the lady by the name of Alicia Padayachee. She told that they were fully booked but can only assist me at 4pm but should there be a cancellation she will give me a call. I never got a call then came in at 3:30pm only for her to tell that they are fully booked and she can't assist. I explained to her that I was there earlier and reminded her of our conversation and that's when her story kept on changing, lying to my face and even said I never booked and that's when I said she must call a Manager for me, then she said she was the Manager and that's when I realized that Perfect 10 Hillcrest is in trouble if they have such a Manager who doesn't have integrity and treats clients like that. Perfect 10 is a big brand and such name should be protected from people like her. I'm in DUrban for vacation and based in Pretoria and use Perfect 10 Hatfield and I can assure you I've never experienced such.
I'll appreciate if this matter can be given urgent attention and if I can get feedback on how the matter was handled and dealt with.
