Seriously, Amatuers.
I have been an account holder for only a few months and already problems.
I have not received a statement for December, how am i suppose to pay?
I have emailed their accounts dept but the email fails.
I have tried also their normal info email and nothing, and this is not their first time they do not respond to emails (i tried contacting them before regarding my name being misspelt).
