Still battling with account

Why is your customer department still phoning me for arrears payment??? I've sent an email with bank stamens for last 3 months that I have Not received a refund!!! How much longer must this carry on. I am not in arrears.

Please can someone with some customer service knowledge get back to me ASAP!!!
