I am sorry to say this but i am very shocked in the way i was treated by one of the call centre staff from African Bank. For a customer to be shouted at by someone that is in the position so solve problems, this is very bad. I work in a call centre myself and believe me if one of my staff members had to treat a customer like that they would be in trouble. Never the less i cant believe that it takes a year for you to realise that my account is in arrears and not even have the common decency to let me know. NO YOU RATHER JUST TAKE MONEY OUT OF CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS FOR THE FUN OF IT. My account as far is i know is not in arrears and i want my money back for the simple reason i have to budget every month and u guys just go and take food out of my kids mouths. Please get back to me ASAP to resolve this
