I wrote to re: leaking Pampers diapers on 9 December. I received a call acknowledging my emial and was promised investigation and feedback. Now, nearly a month later I have not heard anything further.
Considering the "reputation" and price of Pampers, I would have expected a bit more. A shame though, as I have experiened the same problem, and will definitely be purchasing a new brand of diapers.
So much for customer service!
