I was at the store today to buy rechargeable light, the lady that helped us told us that the price is R199.99 and there was a price label that says R199.99 when we were on the till the light scanned R299.99. We Question about it they told us that it another light but both there on the same shelf and one price, we asked for the Supervisour (Agness), she said she going to call a manager. We waited for about 30 minutes when the Supervisor came back she told us that the Manager (Kedibone) says it R299.99. What makes me angry she didn't even bother to come to us, she told the supervisour that we mush go back where we took the light we will find her there but she was not there, she send the other guy called Shawn, we also argue about it because there price was still there. I told the guy that what they doing they misleading customers, but eventually Shawn helped us. I don't think Kedibone deserves to be a Manager she doesn't have customer service.
