I purchased a lg plasma tv deal done then i was told i can collect at the warehouse when i got there they said they dont have stock and i must go and collect at the Mdantsane branch when i got there i was told the tv was the last one and they took the tv from the display without even informing me and it was not even packaged and the sales person in Mdantsane said the esat londond manager said i was informed which is a lie.i then spoke to this manager Maritjie and she was rude as she said they dont have stock and there is nothing they can do, i asked her why was i not informed before and the lease she can do she can maybe offer me an alternative or tell me of a similar product she just brushed me off and say well we can give you your petrol money. Service is not about if they refund me is about quality and make me me feel important as a customer and not that OH EITHER TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT ATTITUDE IT.
