I recently purchased one of Zest's 9-in-1 wrap shirts.
The quality of this product is horrible. Where the material has been stiched together they have damaged the material. I saw that it had a mark on it and washed it now the store refuses to take it back because it has been washed. When pointing out the damage, I was told "that's just how the product is".
The lady who was working in the store on 31/12/2013 was rude and told me that the top could not be returned because people are copying the style, and when asking for the manager's contact details she refused.
How can a shop just decided which items in the store are non-returnable? This store does not sell value for money!
